• Brinell Hardness Testing: Conducted on every single furnace load of heat-treated rings.

Heat Treating

We possess in-house heat treatment facilities featuring electric-heated bell-type furnaces. Each furnace operates with a capacity of 3.5 metric tons and runs 24/7 to provide rapid delivery of heat-treated rings.

• Typical Heat Treat Cycles: Spheroidize annealing, special annealing, normalizing, and isothermal annealing.
• Quality Assurance: Brinell hardness checks are performed on each furnace batch, and complete heat treat certifications are provided with every shipment from our Metallurgy & Quality Department.
• Expertise: Technical consultation is readily available from our degreed, on-staff metallurgist.

Machining Services
