In the casting industry, producing closed impellers with minimal vane clearances at larger diameters remains a significant technical challenge particularly when dealing with complex twisted vane geometries.

Our team has successfully addressed these challenges by developing a robust casting process capable of consistently manufacturing closed impellers with vane gaps as low as 6 mm at an outer diameter of 272 mm. This capability has now been established for regular production, demonstrating reliability in both quality and repeatability.
